It all started with a visit to your showroom and meeting Kimberly who warmly greeted me and gave a brief demonstration of different windows followed by an appointment with you Ron in my home. Your knowledge of windows gave me confidence and the choices you offered fit my financial plan perfectly. The windows were installed timely with the dates you gave me and Art and Jay were very pleasant and thorough throughout the process. You would not know they were here except for the beautiful new windows. They left my home as clean and neat as they found it.
It is rare that a customer can be as completely satisfied as I am. Knowing the business effort needed to make things happen is the result of a good business plan, along with strong leadership, reliable suppliers, and most of all, great employees. It appears you have all of these.

In the months after you finished our roof, I got called up to active duty and deployed overseas to Kuwait, serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom, I remember how patriotic you are, and I am sure you would appreciate the little token of appreciation I included here. I am absolutely thrilled with the new windows that your guys installed! The entire experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I had been trying to find someone to install a new kitchen window for me since last summer. There were several contractors who had offered to present me with an estimate, only to disappear into thin air........never to be heard from again. At the time i was frustrated. Now, I am grateful, otherwise i would never have discovered Remodel America!
I must admit that when i called your office initially, i was skeptical, based solely on my previous experience with contractors in this area. However, you replied in a timely manner and arrived right on schedule for the estimate. I enjoyed our conversation about life, as well! it’s rare that such an occasion leads to such interesting discourse.
The young gentlemen that installed both windows were wonderful! They worked together like they were performing a symphony and made the entire process seem effortless. As you know, my home is 52 years old, and once you begin to dismantle it, you never know what you will find. Nothing stood in their way! They removed the old kitchen window and installed my beautiful new double-hung in a little over an hour.
I did anticipate that the bedroom install would be more difficult since the room is located on the 2nd floor of the house. If that was the case, I would never have known. The symphony continued, undeterred! The guys were professional, neat, polite, and so patient, answering each and every question i posed. They ware wonderful asset to your company.......young men who take such pride in their work are few and far between in this day and age.
I will refer everyone i know who is in need of the services you provide to Remodel America. And if i ever need help, i know exactly who to call!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff at Remodel America for the wonderful job you did replacing the windows and doors of my home. The entire experience was professionally handled from beginning to end.
First, your on-site presentation at my home was very informative. It was obvious you have vast knowledge of the variety of products available, plus the experience to substantiate it. You answered all of my questions (and there were many!) comprehensively and with patience. At the end of the presentation you proposed a very fair quote for the work i wanted done. Basically, you offered a superior product at the lowest price.
Second, the windows were ordered and delivered within the time frame you stated. Although there was a miscommunication regarding the shutters ( a special project you agreed to perform for me), a mutually agreeable solution was arrived at and supplied to my satisfaction.
Third, the installers arrived as planned and were nothing short of wonderful! They worked very hard to complete the job in one day. They were courteous, professional, and informative. They also removed all debris after the job was completed and cleaned the inside of the home after installation. There was no damage (scratches or otherwise) to the window sills or wood frame around the windows.
Forth, Kimberly (in the office) was a dream to work with. I was always surprised that she answered the phone on weekends, evenings;d any time of the day or night she was there to assist me. In a business as competitive as this, what sets your company apart from the others is the excellent customer service you provide.
In summary, i just can’t say enough about how wonderful the entire staff at Remodel America was during my project. please feel free to add my name to your long list of satisfied customers, to use as a reference to future clients. I will also be sure to recommend remodel America to my neighbors and friends who may require your services. Cleaning windows used to be a project that i dreaded and now, with my beautiful new windows, it will be a breeze! Thank you!
